An AI Employee is AI set up to perform a defined job using your business information, instructions, and standards. You decide what good work looks like and which decisions need a person.
For example, give an Employee your customer reviews and sales notes. Its job is to identify recurring needs, questions, and objections so you can use that evidence in your marketing.
Explain the business again.
Work out the instructions as you go.
Decide what to do with the answer afterward.
Repeat the setup next time.
Give it business information it can use again.
Define the job and the standards in advance.
Specify the result and how you will use it.
Reuse and improve the Employee as you work.
In this Lab, your two Employees work in sequence: the first analyzes customer evidence; the second uses those findings to assess your website.

We’ll confirm your Claude setup, show you where sessions and materials live, and help you gather the business information your Employees will need.
You’ll be ready: Claude set up, materials located, and your starting business information assembled.
I’ll take you inside the human-and-AI workforce behind Cameo Labs. You’ll see the org chart, the jobs AI supports, the information it uses, and how the work moves between AI and people.
You’ll understand: how these roles fit into a real company—and where similar responsibilities exist in yours.
Using prepared inquiries, I’ll build an Employee that qualifies opportunities, drafts responses, tracks follow-up, and produces a revenue brief. You’ll watch me test it, correct mistakes, and define when a person needs to make the call.
You’ll learn: a reusable nine-part framework for defining, building, and testing an AI Employee.
I’ll guide you through installing two prepared Employees in Claude and running them with your own business information.
The first analyzes what your customers need and ask. The second uses that evidence to assess your website’s message, missing answers, and gaps in trust.
You’ll leave with: both Employees installed, their first findings, and three prioritized business actions.
WHAT YOU TAKE BACK TO YOUR BUSINESS
You’ll install both Employees in Claude and use them during the Lab. Here is the work they will help you do.
Employee 1
Give it customer reviews, call notes, sales questions, and objections. It identifies recurring needs and concerns, distinguishing what the evidence shows from what it suggests.
Your result: a structured view of customer needs, questions, and objections to inform your messaging and the second Employee’s assessment.
Employee 2
Give it your website and the first Employee’s findings. It assesses message clarity, missing answers, trust, and friction that makes it harder for customers to take the next step. It also reviews search foundations and AI discoverability.
Your result: prioritized website findings and three practical actions, grounded in what your customers need.
They work together: customer evidence → website assessment → three priorities.
By the end of the Lab, you’ll have:

What information does it need? What should it produce? How will you check the work? When should it ask a person?
You’ll see those decisions throughout the Lab. That is how you move from trying AI on individual tasks to deliberately building your team’s capacity.
